Shipping Methods
South Africa: All domestic orders are dispatched via The Courier Guy using standard delivery services.
International: All international orders are shipped via FedEx .

Free shipping for orders over R1,500.00.
A shipping fee of R150.00 applies to orders below R1,500.00 .
International Shipping
Free shipping for international orders over R10,000.00 .
A shipping fee of R1,500.00 applies to orders below R10,000.00 .

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
South Africa: Average delivery time is 2–5 working days from dispatch.
International: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. Customers will receive estimated timelines once shipped.

Customers may choose in-store collection at no charge.

Duties & Taxes
All duties and taxes within South Africa are included in the purchase price.
International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging & Insurance
Your purchase will arrive in branded VIA LA MODA packaging and includes a protective dustbag.
All parcels are fully insured during transit until they are delivered to you.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
VIA LA MODA will replace any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged before you receive it , provided the loss is due to our error or the courier's negligence .
To initiate a claim:
1. Notify us via mobile and email.
2. We will respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) .
3. A replacement will be arranged if the circumstances qualify under our policy.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers must ensure the correct delivery address is provided at checkout.
Parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a redelivery fee of R250.00 (domestic) or the equivalent international redelivery cost.
Delays caused by incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of VIA LA MODA .
